        yes, jordan was banned.

        oh wait. nevermind.

I thought the empty spot was for something non-E30, the allen wrench is for the window thing.

I never knew that bit exsisted. I'm almost always missing one of the wrenches. I find it about 5 months later and then put it back only to use it and lose it again.

Man, even my m3 dosnt have the entire set! And the P/O was really anal about those trunk tools! (He told me how much he polished them and how I should do the same if I ever use them)

Does anyone have a complete original set in their car? Like without buying pieces or the whole thing off ebay?

the one in my 85 325e was almost complete(was missing the window tool also) I purchased the car from the orig. owner so that's why :)
I've installed an E34/E32 style tool kit now in my car and it's complete.

Its for other chassis of the same era. The early 5s and 7s had a different type of emergency crank. Youd put the allen wrench into that plastic bit posted before and then that plastic bit clipped into a receiver on the window motor for cranking.

Im not sure why there is a spot in our toolkit because the E28s and whatever the old 7s I saw had different kits with more shit. I havent come across an E30 that takes that plastic part.
                      Im now E30less.
