at the end of 2003? I heard it could be shot down by congress, amended, or re-accepted. Im now doing a project on it, and the internet isnt giving me jack shit on the subject, so if anyone has a vague idea of what happened to the Patriot act when it came up for review?

I belive it was voted into Law be very careful where you surf nowadays boys big brother is watching more than you think. Trust me I see and hear about stuff all the time. Comes with the security clearance.
