that's pretty cool but that system probably cost as much as an entire M3. it's like comparing F1 racing suspension to an E30 with BC coils.Car looks great IMO. And for those saying bags don't handle .. http://www.airsociety.net/2011/12/mi...ng-air-airrex/

I am thinking that if it was a great way to make a car handle better for racing, you would see more manufacturers peddling them.
Isn't that a member's here? Thinking this was the car from Florida that had been languishing in someone's garage unfinished and the bought it to finish up.Leave a comment:

Looks alright to me, nice to see the car getting the love and attention it deserves. I'd honestly rather see an M3 with $50k dropped into fixing it up, making it look awesome and hard parking at car shows than one gutted, spray bombed and cut to shit as a track rat. More people get to enjoy it this way and it will likely be around for years longer than some drift slut that will be planted into a pole in a month.

I don't think I'll ever be into bags, but I would love to experiment with air cups on coils one day!
Like that jsutai e30 m3 guy who cut his M3 housings to weld BC's on them lol.

I'm hoping it's not low because he's running a bag over coil setup to keep the strut housings original. Because hacking a set of m3 housings to only go that low would be horrible.
And off topic, but bags can handle well. The issue is that the people that want to bag cars are 95% cheap scene kids that only do it to get low so they use the cheapest parts available and piece the kit together and they end up handling and riding like crap. I've ridden in many bagged cars, and none of them would out handle a good coilover setup.Leave a comment:
