Painted dog dish hubcaps on e30?

I always liked the mathcing painted steel wheels on older mercedes products. My 1991 318 has steel wheels with the shitty plastic covers and i was wondering if it is possible to replicate the mercedes look on an e30? would that look good?

Those are full hubcaps, not dog dish. And I'm thinking there is no way to attach a dog dish to a e30 steel wheel.

true in regards to full cap, but there may be a cap that fits a stock wheel. Would be interesting to see a BMW car rendition, I for one have seen miata wheels on a honda, and new honda caps on an old honda. So Im in for options.
