          Nice article. I never thought about it that way, except for the fact that e30's are reliable and DIY-able. That opened my eyes a little bit more.... I never realized what it is about that '3 box design' that makes this car look so damn good.

            Just about everything in that article is spot on. these cars are very DIY and when you pop the hood on one and have access to pretty much everything, that does show that there was a time when BMW made a driver's machine. Reading this article made me appreciate what a classic gem we all have.
