Cars that you have owned, sold, but will own again

I am a hoarder. Of shit that is useful (if I can find it). I have owned and sold some sweet cars that I will own again. Here are my top 3.

All time favorite. 1983 AMC Eagle SX/4

    1983 Toyota Starlet

    1983 Toyota Corolla wagon

They made some good shit in 1983…

First car was a 1979 Grand Prix with a perfect body and zero rust.

I couldn't wait to get rid of it then...

Now I look back and I swear I see a different car than I did then. Mine was white, I will have another.

'95 540i/6 speed. I miss this car so much. Wish I had sold my POS red car and kept this. Oh well. Such is life.

First car was an XJ Cherokee. Loved that thing and it took all the abuse I could throw at it. I'd love to have another one someday, doubt I will though. Most around here are rotted out, and when I had mine gas was a buck and change/gal. Not so much anymore.

I'm 43 and have owned a shit load of cars. My favorite one was my Red 318is. I really like my 325es I have now but it doesn't have the get up and go like the 318is did. I felt connected to that car when driving it. Fun ass car to drive.

Oh yea, almost forgot this one....

I should have just kept it. That car didn't have a single panel that wasn't dented. It had a piss poor respray on it. The trunk was gutted.

But it was fun to drive, and dead reliable. I want another sedan...

To the point that I have been considering putting up my Trooper for a trade.

Top 3 that I will own again.

                    These where mine...

                    1970 Dart

66-67 Dodge Coronet (66 I had in high school)

                    1962 Impala SS

One day, I will have at least one of these again. Big mistake selling some of them.

ST162 Toyota Celica. Except I didn't own it, my dad bought for me for $300 for my first car. Sweet little car that handled really well.

My '56 Beetle, '64 Bus and my '83 Landcruiser. I sold them and kept what I thought was a "better car" at the time and ended up regretting it!

                          An e30

                          Oh sheeee
                          Already happenning!

In all seriousness; all the cars I've ever bought before e30s were crap. The only one I regret not having appreciated at the time was my 2000 Accord sedan. That thing was slow and ugly inside, but it was uber reliable and got 450 to the tank; 5-speed to boot so... You know.. Yolo

I bet your really kicking yourself in the ass for the VW's ! I always did love the old VW's. I've only owned one bug but it was a heavy custom bug.

When I was 15 I own a 1987 Suzuki Samurai, I sold it to buy my first BMW e30, 12 years later I still wish I never sold it. I got it for 400.00 and it ran like a champ, had some awesome knobby tires and it went 65mph down a hill and got amazing MPG. Never got stuck and drove in snow better than any Subaru. Sadly, they are catching on like the e30 and junk ones are commanding 2k+
