Yellow Frieght lost my motor. A week later they found it.

I wish they didn't find it because it was insured by the pound, and it came out to be $10,500 :eeek:

It was from NJ to Az, ~$600 to ship.

forward air tried to rip me off big time, they were horrible to deal with, and almost shipped my front axle to a wrong destination.

i went with http://www.freightcenter.com/. they were very easy to deal with, and beat forward air by $100, AND delivered it to a local commercial yard, instead of me having to go pick it up at some airport 60 miles away.

it was a 450lb front axle off an F350...so it wasnt, small, or light.

Well, I have shipped lots of things with Forward Air, and they were really good. I shipped a set of front black leather sport seats, rear seats, and everything else, got there within the stated time, no problems. I also shipped a set of Style 78's to Cali from Upstate NY with tires mounted, and again, flawless delivery. I've shipped other stuff, and they have done well. I'll use them again.
