I would MUCH rather see him taking the turns legit at a faster pace. Watching him smoke his tires is nowhere near as wood-inducing as a perfect line. Enough of this gay ricer drift shit already, leave it for the japs. This goes for you too Clarkson.

As time went on, the factory developed the car each year, making it faster, more comfortable, and capable of handling at higher speeds.
You don’t want this. You want the trickiest, most dangerous, oldest model you can find. Only then can you prove to the world that you’re a man.

Since when was controlled bursts of power oversteer around hairpins considered "drifting"?

SHUT THE FUCK UP!!! RETARDED, IGNORANT, WORTHLESS MEMBER!!! If you would actually pull your head out of your ass, you would realise his driving was closer to tarmac rallye, of wich porches have been entering and winning for years. Slip angleing has its purposes, so save your so called "Perfect line" for the track, and learn to respect the japanese, i am 1/4 japanese, so i take offense to what you say about them. Learn some, bitch.

                ahem

Sorry in advance for the above verbally emotional erruption.

"Having won more road races than any other model in history, the E30 M3 is considered by many to be the world's most successful road race car." - Simply put, E30s kick ass.

It's not the 9th. Don't know what it is, but I did a technical discourse term paper on Beethoven's 9th, and that, it definitely ain't. I'd say it's from the Romantic era, probably a German composer, c.1850 plus or minus 10 years. If I had to hazard a guess, I 'd say it was Wagner. But NOT Beethoven's 9th for sure. But to be sure, one of my favorite Beethoven Symphonies is the 9th, especially when it's performed by the BPO. My favorite rendition is the Karajan recordings. Superbly done by the BPO.

Quick bit of trivia, do you guys know that when the original CD came out, the time length for each CD was only 60 minutes, but SONY decided to come out with a 74 minute CD (which has now grown to 80 minutes) so that the 9th could fit on a CD....

The best way to take any line is with a little oversteer, and no understeer.

So thats the best way to get through a line. Sure, he may show off a LITTLE bit by keeping the rear end out, but barely. And yes, it is effective in shaving time, and keeping your m.p.h up.
                    Reminiscing...

                      Sick.
The guy that owns the shop where we are having the fender rolling day has a customer with a GT3. It was pretty nice to check it out up on the lift. And then I got in my e30 :(

                        Not that fast!

Busy hands = slow car. Opposite lock time = slow time. It sure looks good though. Where's the driving gloves?
