Check out Cricket Trailers. Most girls seem to love them, and they arent full on RV's. Can be towed by anything from a 2.5na Subaru on up. Designed by a NASA guy who's previous job was designing the space station.

Chop the whole top of a coupe or vert, square up the inside with sheet aluminum so it's flat like a truck bed then build a easy up/down tent that is hinged in the front like the vw bus westafilias, a double mattress and your set. Lol.
