Microvans: Badass, or just bad?

Short wheel base makes for bouncy rides, had a 660 two stroke powered one when I lived at Misawa. $wd was good for tooling around at the beach and hauling dirt bike or mtn bikes and all the other crude.

Hated driving it on the freeway, loud and not comfy.

I want one of those Subaru Sambar's so bad now. I spent all last night trying to find some for sale to see how much they cost. I couldn't find any of the 1966-70's to get a price.

They're not easy to find. I can't find any either. This is a decent resource for dreaming though. There are some cool cars in Japan.
