Ok... I need advice real quick advice. Got this email from Chris at BMWWholesale.net:
My aim is to replace the seats with Sparco's so I don't really care about those. What would an offer be for a complete interior as stated above. I know this guy and if he says things are very nice then the interior is probably an 8/10 or better. Also, what would be a good price for him to rip out the interior from the E34 I'm going to buy and install this black one?
Also... what would you offer for a used front windshield if this one from the 94 540i is ok?

Man, I just sold a MINT MINT MINT tan leather e34
interior... I do have a clean E34 '94 540 with a
COMPLETE Black leather gut- VERY nice seats,
panels,etc... BUT, the car was hit hard in the rear
and the drivers seat needs either a recline motor or
maybe it just stripped a few teeth off?- at any rate-
the seat is perfect just reclined from the wreck.
Make me an offer on the whole gut?
