Why is dealership unable to get my radio code?

Hi All,

Engraved on a plate on the back are A90350561B, and the BMW model number is CM5908. I gave the dealer all of this info.

Can anyone think of a reason why the dealership was unable to help? If anyone has any other ideas about how to get the code I will be very grateful.

Did they say they couldn't do it, or did they try and couldn't find it? Some places won't give you the code without proof of ownership.

Because the radio code is not in DCS. A tech that cared would look up the SI B and follow the link to Alpine's website and get you your code. PM sent.

I deal with Riverside BMW all the time and i can get radio codes, as well as calling M-Benz for radio codes too.
