I used montway to ship my e30. But also try dasautoshippers as well to compare rates. Should be around $600-800 for a running vehicle. A little more if it is non running.

I used Montway to ship my vert. They were reasonable and had options for open or enclosed transport.

Im convinced ALL auto transport companies except the big money enclosed units are the dregs of society with zero morals and less responsibility
I just shipped a bare E30 shell to Andre Easton in NY and after 3 months of broken promises and failed pick ups from this hack broker they finally got some douche to come pick it up. Of course he was late 3 times and made me wait around. I finally couldnt wait any longer and made sure the vehicle was easily accessible in my CulDeSac and phoned him to tell him I had to go. "No problem" he said. He hooked a steel cable to the core support and dragged the car sideways until the steel cable actually cut thru the core support and ripped the shit out of it.Loaded the car and took it to NY and tried to tell Andre thats the way it was when he picked it up. I had photos of the black tire marks from dragging it sideways and Andre called the cops
If you have anything you care about spend the money and hire an enclosed carrier. Otherwise drive it

But we want to know how that made you feel.

Seriously though, it's true. I swear the people hired by shipping companies are homeless crack addicts.

i was actually just talking to him about doing work on that car and wondered how the hell the rad support got trashed like that.. thats insane

my buddy gets cars shipped to him all the time, the last one being a few days ago by BKK Transport.. they gave me (he had it dropped here) a sheet with every ding dent and scratch in the car signed by the previous owner and made sure nothing else was wrong with it.. other then a nice film of dead bugs they seemed to do a good job

650 to ship mine from Seattle to nw Indiana.... Kinda shady character, but aren't all truckers?? It was on a auto carrier semi that you see new cars being shipped in. Had a few jalopies that leaked some sort of erl/fluid on the roof. Little bit of burnt clutch smell but other than that no biggie. Cheaper than me driving it home. I'll have to look up the carrier when I get home.

Before you ship any car via common carrier, you need to be aware that they're insurance liability is usually only 1500 dollars per car. You need to either pay for transport insurance, or pay extra for a carrier that has better insurance. That is why the exotic carriers charge so much more money.
