Anyone know anything about this car? Silver, repainted at some time, 5 speed, gc ground control coilovers, euro grills etc. Its got to be an enthusiasts car on here.

Doesnt look like it was recently repainted to me, just looks like they painted rockers silver to match a paint matched front lip. Looks like its been sitting.
