    Lofts kick ass!

Yesterday I had to drop a car off at a theater in downtown Phoenix. Next to the theater was an old building under construction. The sign in the lobby said they were almost finished with the building and would shortly have lofts for sale. Sweet!

Check out this bad ass loft here:

Prices start in the high $100's...

Hmmm...I was thinking house so I could have a garage but this is sooo tempting! The location and style is so pimp.

    Lofts are excellent.
However, from the video stream you linked, those dont look like true "lofts"
What is the price range they have? The link you showed looks like its an easy $500k style loft.
    Below the radar...

High $100's to the mid $500's. The loft shown is supposed to be in the $200 range. I'm checking this out wednesday. May make a good investment.

$209k for the model above on the 6th floor. Awesome view. Too bad it's a year too early. God damnit!

It's all good though I guess. I really need a garage and a house for my lifestyle and ventures. Still, I'd love to live downtown in such a bad ass bachlor pad...

God I love lofts! Kris and I have a friend whos dad owns a loft in downtown Boise. it's so badass!!!! He has speakers that are controlled by the push of a button! It's also fun to throw parachuters out of the windows onto the streets of downtown boise on Friday and Saturday night when the cruise in in action, right Kris? ;)

Paying rent? That's not the Donald Trump way! ;)

Seriously, buy a shit hole, pay to fix it up, get some fellas from San Franciso to decorate it, then charge people to rent the other duplex. Find another shit hole and repeat......eventually you'll earn your way up to a loft....with you owning it.

And by shit hole I mean a profitiable fixer-upper and not a money pit.

I could own this outright for $209,000.

However, I can snag a nice house with a garage and backyard in a nice part of town for $150k. That makes more sense.

It's tempting but I want to keep my expenses as low as possible so I can pour as much money into investments as possible.

Lowest cost option: Live in your van :P Preferrably down by the river.

My brother lived in a loft that was an old converted coffin factory. It was badass. Then He got evicted. The land lord commited suicide and the place got condemnd.

The frieght elevator was sketchy and the saftey permit init was 3 years old.

                        Sold it.
