Has anyone seen "Miracle" yet? I saw it last night, and I think it's a pretty solid movie. There were some "disney" moments in there that try and make you feel all warm and fuzzy, and the Christian hockey stick advertising, but on the whole it was put together nicely. As a hockey player, I also thought the hockey scenes were excellent. So today I went out on my town's lake and palyed some hockey, and my skate (ccm tacks 552) got caught in a crack in the ice and snapped the whole bottom of my skate off. So yeah, go see the movie, and does anyone else play?

One of the main characters is our school's hall monitor's son. I forget which character he is though, but he managed to snag a lead role, despite not being an actor. He went to be an extra, but since he was an awesome hockey player they stuck him in for one of the leads. Pretty sweet deal I think! -

I was told that it's a good movie, especially in respect to Kurt Russel's acting. But I still doubt that it could be too good considering it's made by Disney and rated PG. I used to play hockey so I'll probably be overly critical of it. Then again, it'll be nice to see a REAL hockey movie, as compared to that Mighty Ducks bullshit.Comment
