Who's got the dirtiest car at R3V? Mine might be it. We're always talking about "clean" cars so lets talk filthy.

Easy guys, its not THAT bad.
Is it good? not really
is it life threatening? Nope.
Lots of warm soappy water and a constantly cleaned wash mit will take care of that fine. Besides, if it has a good heavy coat of wax on it, its fairly well protected.
Welcome to the Northeast/Northland, area of sub freezing temps for months on end. Its have a dirty car, or have frozen doors.... I choose the prior.

I have trouble cleaning with soapy water and a mit when its like 2 degrees.
My car was pretty bad with snow caked into the front valence everywhere. That was when I hit a snowbank the first time. I had snow all up under the car from another snow excursion. I got it all off at the lift at work though. Winter and cars sucks. I wash the car today and I already have shit all over it.

Word. I dont wash my car all that much in the winter. A few coin ops here and there. Then nature (the rain) does the rest. Frozen doors suck.Originally posted by UNHCLLEasy guys, its not THAT bad.

Nice, that's rather dirty. My 318is gets almost as dirty up here at school. It is really dirty right now, but it is too damn cold to wash it. :?
Here are some pictures of it a few weeks ago, pretty dirty, though the sun blocks most of the salt/dirt in these pics....

Yea, that's Steve's Beat. It had a little accident involving an old bag running into the parked Beat.

It would suck if you were tring to wash your car, and it was really cold outside, and the water came out of the hose and froze in the air, then hit your car :?Comment

I sold my Civic today, with enough salt on it from the roads that the guy actually asked me, I swear to god, if it had two tone paint with brown rockers. No joke...
