Late model front license plate filler

I'm cross-posting this from the parts wanted sub-forum because I hope this will get a lot more traction here. Sorry in advance.

First question (that I know is a a long shot); does anyone have one of these plate fillers they'd get rid of?

Next few questions; can anyone comment on how they are mounted? Do they snap onto the license plate mounting nuts? Or is it just a flat piece of plastic mounted with double stick tape?

Lastly, is there someone out there that can re-make these?

I'd like one as well. Seems they were discontinued quite some time ago. I would think someone with a 3D printer could print one up though.

Its an aftermarket product, discontinued, I have one, just mounts with double sided tape, I too have debated making some.
