    Lubricants and Maintenance Suggestions

Hey all new guy again I was looking through all the e30 faq and DIY section and I didn't see anything for recommended lubricants and maintenance procedures. I want to change my oil and the power steering fluid, and I have to also bleed the clutch slave cylinder and supply that reservoir with new fluid. I was thinking Mobile on the engine oil maybe a 10-40 I have some premium dot3 brake fluid as well (3 quarts worth). Any suggestions because the things my manual has in it are no longer in production and I don't want to buy lubes from the dealer. Thanks

on the brake fluid just buy one of the big containers of brake fluid i think its like 16oz or something like that, your choice on brand. most people put 40 or 50 weight oil, i do 20 50w castrol synthetic.
for the power steering just buy any atf or any power steering fluid, your choice of brand. i would do any of the big name brands at your local auto store, not there house brand.

Do not use power steering fluid in the power steering system. Only use ATF

Roger that, I had already picked up some good atf because on inspection my cap did not state to use ps fluid. The I looked into the reservoir and seen that the fluid was brown and smelled like atf so I assumed as much. Thank you for bolstering my assumption sir :)
