Thinking about selling. How do I determine a 'fair' price point?

Have owned the car for a good while but being in the military I am just wayy too busy to enjoy it and spend the time I need to on it. I travel a lot and when I am not travelling I am working 14 hour days.

Some very quick facts about the car:

    *156,XXX Miles
    *ODO Works Great
    *Almost all stock
    *Timing belt done at 151,000
    *Engine Runs great
    *Reupholstered seats recently
    *Rust Free
*Have a ton of records for all mechanical work
    *Clean title no accidents ever

    Issues:

    *Needs a New paint job
*Has transmission issues (Pops out of 3rd gear, think its a synchro issue, all other gears work great)
*Needs OEM brakes (Has new brakes but they squeak)
*Wheel bearings need to be done on front
*Needs new dash install (I own a crack free dash but don't have time to install it)
    *Needs new rear bumper

Its not much info to go off of I realize but looking at the car and the issues it has, where can I start at the pricing?

Any advice would be well appreciated, thank you! (Might need to click the images to enlarge)

It looks clean but at least on my phone when I click on pics they are pixelated and I can't see what it really looks like.

Sorry about the images, I have about a million on my phone, and a few of the undercarriage which I can get as well.

It doesn't look like it needs new paint at all. Post some pictures of the paint looking shitty. If everything looks like it does in the pics I'd pay $5000 for that all day.

Ok, here is the undercarriage......the real bad stuff. I had Rob over at e30 Motorwerks put my car up and look at the little stuff, I recorded it with photos in case I ever wanted to sell it. I had him replace the Guibo.

You can see the E-Brake cable has started to crack and rust, the aftermarket Rotors have uneven wear, and pretty sure thats damn near an original fuel filter.

The rotors are pretty cheap, assuming the thats why they have rust within a few months of being installed. Pretty sure that shock has a small leak you can see the accumulation of dirt around it, which looked suspicious to me.
He identified the leak in my tranny, said it would need to have the seals replaced which is #1 on my list if I were to keep the car. Its a 3.73 car non LSD.

As for the paint, its not too bad.

Cant believe your even considering selling this. lol. Ok guys I can vouch for the car. It does not need paint. It could use a light buff to get out some of the typical black car scratches. The car belongs to my best friend and he's a bit over picky with things. lol.
I drove the car when I was down visiting him this summer and it cruised flawlessly from San Diego up to Malibu (with the exception of the grind going into 3rd). Id buy the car if it was up here.. In my opinion for a clean black on black car with no rust.... its worth every penny of 5k.

Clean the oil off the undercarriage, replace a few bushings, replace the torn boot, and you'll get your $5K asking price.
