Finally found a BMW board with some meaningful content! I've owned a couple of BMW's in the past (E36 and E90) but really wanted an E30, specifically a 1991 318is. Finding one in good, stock condition was not easy, but last June one popped up not 150 miles from me. 166,000 miles and bone stock with the exception of Ronal wheels (but he gave me the stock wheels with good winter tires on them!). I believe it has all of the few options available: LSD, fog lights, manual sunroof, premium sound. Had the typical rust hole in the battery box that I already fixed. Some other very minor rust that I will tend to. I'm sure I will have questions as I continue to keep my E30 running!
