Either that or someone bought it a year ago and is now selling again.

Probably because it's overpriced with kiddy mods.

Worth mentioning if the bottom of the undercoating has been painted white, what else has been painted and why?

I say no because of "plasti-diped" wheels. Run very far and get a cabin in Alaska, come back in a couple years to make sure its sold.

Offer him 2k at most. He won't take it though. He will say he's got 2k in wheels and tires. When he tells you that just say "just look at it"
