Should I buy this E30?

Im still desperately hunting for an E30 and there have not been any good ones in the area for months. I've been chatting with the owner and he would be able to part with it for 5,900$. I still feel like this is pretty pricey for the car though. thoughts?

Thats what I thought too but there very few quality E30's here so the tax is pretty high. I'm beginning to throw around the idea of taking the train down to LA just to find one but I have school and work so that is pretty much not an option

Don't whine too much, decent E30's here on the East Coast are pricier and rustier. Don't settle, a 5 hour trip may be worth it.

in my area, that car is less than 3k and it would be pretty hard to sell with that shitty paint.

my "more money then brains" friend gets stuff shipped here from all over the place, he got a car shipped here (NJ) from Texas and he paid $700 (thats a 30+ hour drive).. got another car shipped from florida to here and it was $450.. i believe he uses uship.com or whatever it is.. just make sure you get someone reputable, usually the bigger the company the lower the price

or you could fly out and drive someting back, one way plane tickets are usually pretty cheap.. the same friend sold a car to a guy in texas and he flew here and drove it home.. he also blew the clutch like 200 miles from home tho hahaha
