what are you joining in on? 2 cars for 1200, prob a good shot in the dark if you are handy. GL, looks like both need a good amount of work. Vague ad at best.

If you've been looking forever you should know this isn't a good purchase. Or you've been looking so much that you know you can fix it. Either way since you've been looking forever you should know what to do.

                  What are your intentions?

Without a goal not much of an answer can be given.

If you are looking for two beat up cars to litter your yard

                  .or you looking for a show car...or a DD...or part out ?

That thing is pretty smashed up and for an early model E, I would offer $800, no more than $1k. If you're looking for a project/DD it's probably a safe bet.

As a person who has spent too dam much on these cars. the best info is something you wont follow or want. buy a camry. over the next 14 years, when you become my age now, you will be able have a down payment for a house with the money you saved.
                            Much wow
                            I hate 4 doors

And years of driving a bottle of vanilla.

I say keep looking and find yourself a relatively clean early model 325 in the $1200 range and learn to wrench on it and you'll have a good time.
