Anyone Lease or Buy an E-car or E-car hybrid?

Well, in Jan. I am eligible to get an incentive for a lease. I'm looking at hybrids and full E-cars. I was hoping a few of you know a little bit about real world e-mpg use, reliability, comforts, and concerns.

I'm really attracted to the Nissan Leaf's lease and Ford C-max, Fusion, Focus plug in hybrids. all for less than $350 and ford has a more attractive leasing fee's. Not to mention the Ford plug ins are still extended range capable.

Anyway, just want to see what else is out there and hopefully a few can chime in!

    Thanks guys.

I leased a Fiat 500e for 36 months since April, like the "free" gas since my office has free charging and my commute is only 16 miles round trip...

Only real e car experience I have is the Nissan leaf I inspect lease turn ins and the number one complaint I get is about cold weather range don't be shocked to get less than 50 mile range when it's cold out. Or if your using AC and other electronics a bunch range also suffers when warm. Also you don't get a spare tire just a tire inflator kit.

That's good to know. Being a full electric I guess heat would totally kill the range.

My father has the Chevy volt. He seems to like it a lot. Its a bit cramped for me inside. His commute is close enough that he can do it on a single charge. In a volt you have a battery range of about 31 miles before you need gas to kick in. Hi is leased, and i think its about $350 a month. He rationalized leasing it by saying he would spend less on gas, and get a new car.
