last night I saw a 2003 330xi for buy it now of 10k was mint too. Had only been on for a few hours, I was thinking I don't have enough to really buy the car but I could cover the down payment and then get a Loan probably, even if the ad was wrong I figured with my law school knowldege I could screw the dealer out of the car with law jargon and suits in KS when he was in CA,30 min, later the car had been removed by the seller, damn the windows of opp. in this life and what could have been, so watch those ebay's.
