Not a very good deal.

Non-vanos m50s are worth maybe $500 for a good-condition, complete motor. A bit more if its from a vendor with a warranty.

I would say no! Just at a quick glance you would have to get a intake manifold, TB, exhaust manifold and coils. I know the coils are not cheep. As well as the AC unit, alternator........ and other items i'm sure, no bad buy.

i would stay away from buying a motor from ebay. unless you're local and you can check it out.
