          I agree with Farbin, it's definitely been painted. These are the hotwheels 2002 color schemes.
          This casting represents a 1968 BMW 2002 (E10) with custom bodykit . The additional orange indicator of the card illustration shows that it is a US spec model . The BMW 2002 has come out in the following 1/64 scale versions: From the back of the 2012 card: Born: 1968 Birthplace: Munich, Germany Designer: BMW Specialty: The forerunner to the 3 series, and quite possibly the inspiration for the new 1 Series Coupe, this iconic model helped cement BMW's stellar reputation for compact sporting...

                              EDIT: If I deduce correctly this was a picture of the 02 I painted. could be wrong.

                              Dude you signed up for Secret Santa right? I may have spent a lot of time painting that 02 for you and then sent it to you while I was on a road trip in WA.
                              Hope you like it. I couldnt find much about you because almost every single thread you started was ether a FS or WTB thread, so trying to find a good gift for you was hard. I knew you had at least one other read car so I went with red like your e30.
