325e and 325is integration?

Before anyone gets in a tizzy...I have the option of putting a 325is engine into a 325e at no extra charge. Knowing that...

Will the engine from a 325is use the same wiring harness as the 325e? I know Id need to switch out the Speedo and Tach. but other than that...will the wiring harness from the 'is' wire up? Or would this be a major hassle.

Maybe this is a noob kinda question, but theres no one better to ask then you guys!! Haha!

do a 3l strocker w/ standalone fms like megasquirt, get a crazy cam that can barely idle, put some good 16" borbet a's w/ 9 front, 10 back, smoke all the lightning, get nice and low suspension(prolly adj. koni's w/ staget III maybe?) ...... ohh shit.... i must be thinking of my plans for my car.... lol
