    Clutch and starter ID.

I purchased a used M30b35 from a other board member (not r3v) and I can no longer get in touch with them.

I noticed the clutch is a single mass unit, as opposed the dual mass.
also, the starter is not OEM from a e34. He mentioned it's from a E36, however I do not believe the pinions would match up.

Is there any way I can ID the clutch/starter? all numbers I've pulled off the parts come up empty...I'm 90% sure it is simply a E30 325 clutch and starter to match, as an e36 clutch and starter would not mate to an M30b35.

    any tips?

The only markings I could grab from the clutch

    It's a sachs. That much I know.
I imagine the typ mf 228 means 228mm?

I'm still not sure exactly what application it was from...

As for the starter here's what I have

With a quick Google search the starter looks like it's from a m50 application...

So with that said, safe to assume the clutch kit is infact from a e36 325?
