    Air cooled vs Liquid cooled

Hello guys, just sharing some photos of the mini road trip to the beach with a friend. On the highway we met this GT3 997.2. I must say the GTS pulls hard!Pardon the quality of the photos but cellphone is not up to the task.

Many 911 enthusiasts say air-cooled all the way.

I do think the older ones look better. I'm partial to the 80s vintage up to the 993. Whale tail or bust! LOL

Why are my pants so tight all of a sudden?

Air Cool is my vote but i'm biased.

Air all the way, but I wouldn't kick either out of the garage.

Beautiful cars! I love both water and air cooled 911's. Why have to choose between the two? haha. I'm looking to upgrade to a 997 and add a 964.

I will admit it, the water cooled P-engines sounds better on the exhaust side, they scream, especially the GT3, nicely! But the noise of the aircooled in motion (not exhaust, but engine noise) plus the big fan to cool it down make it special!

And most would agree. We thought M3 prices were going crazy...

The aircooled 911's skyrocketed the prices not long ago and still going up. The e30 M3 seems to suffer from the same luck, although in less value dues it's a cheaper car anyways but also in less % from a avergae market price from 2-3 years ago vs today's prices against the 911 aircooled.

Not long ago I saw classified (munich legend or something like that) selling a regualr M3 with EVO front lip, CF intake, etc (bit modded) with arround 70-80k miles on it or more arround 56k euro.
