well i was out with some friends riding in his teg and we ended up in a wild accident. we were crusing the "rice/race" road around here and as we passed a popular gas station i turned for about 2 seconds to check out a lancer that caught my eye. next thing i know BAMM!!! in that terible car crunching sound. my head jerks forward and i look up and see the rear bumper of a camaro a foot or 2 infront of my face as the camaro's rear wheels were sitting on the hood of our car. my friend dan (the driver) yells FUCK!!! am a little disorented as i have no idea what happend so i look over to him to see if hes ok, which he was, just really pissed off. i look back forward again and the camaro let off his breaks and rolled off the front of our car. we got out, made sure everyone was ok, everyone was. the driver of the camaro had his hat tossed out of the t-top and the passenger got a bump on his head from the windsheild. (he wasnt wearing a seatbelt)
i find out later, what had happend was that a car infront of the camaro had slowed quickly, and to a stop, to turn left across trafic. the camaro noticed the car infront of it a little late and slammed its breaks, and (of course) unfortunitally this all happend right as dan was checking out something at the gas station as well and when he turned back to the road he was to late. dan got about .0000001 seconds of braking in, and we nose-dived his pretty teg right underneath this camaro. we were only going between 20 and 30mph at the time.
needless to say, the teg front end is fucked. the camaro came out of it with a quarter size hole in the bumper and a ripped off exhaust system.
here are some pics of the aftermath. (i had my camera with me becase we were going to check out a BA tracked out e30 M3 earlier)
the moral of this story is...
shit happens quick, dont take your eye off the road, and dont let evo's distract you!
