After months of letting my 89 325is throwout bearing grind away, I'm ready to finally fix up her transmission woes.
After reading a few threads, I've come up with this list of parts from AutohausAZ. I want to take care of everything possible in one go so I don't have to worry about anything until I finish college. I will be buying the parts, but not doing the work as my apartment complex won't let us work on cars, and this repair makes me feel uneasy as I won't have any help either. My total comes out to ~$450 which seems reasonable. I'm posting this thread because I'd like to know what else should be replaced while the car is in the shop for transmission work. I bought the delrin carrier bushings since it's easier while the transmission is out. I've heard I should add a master cylinder to this list perhaps? Any other ideas?
Thanks!
