It may have been tried before but most give up. I how ever won't. I've found a couple guys with the real deal and one that will sell me just the amount I want. So I think my problem is solved. I'm gonna use the scraps from the real stuff to get some reproduced.

Yep that's what I was quoted at was 100 a yard. The problem is it take up to two years for the company to produce it.

Best get on it. That gives people time to save up. I'm not sure how many people want to wait 2 years on a group buy.
$100/running yard is cheap. The last of the M-Tech reproduction cloth just sold, and the asking price was $300/running yard. If you produce enough of it, I think you could get ~$150-$200 yard once it's in your hands. 50-100% investment in 2 years isn't bad at all if you can tie up the money.Drive it hard. Maintain it well.
