Thats Charbel its a 325ix that he threw alpina stripes on and made a custom snow plow for. The last pics are of his s54 m3 wide body. He's on a local e30 page.

Yeah, Charbel builds some sick cars! He has quite the stable. If I wasn't throwing big money at restoring an E30 already, I would already own the snowplow car!
