    2 Words.....Kanan Dume

Kanan Dume Road...Runs right through the Santa Monica Mountains. One Hell of a drive for anyone in the greater LA area. They just laid down fresh asphalt and its smooth as butter. Take a gander at the Google Shots if you're too far away to hit this road.

I started at the 1(Pacific Coast Hwy) and took it all the way to the 101. Its a fast street, smooth banked turns, mountains, passing lanes, tunnels under mountains, just about everything you could want for a BMW cruise.

Less cops and traffic. Lower speed and better twisties!
Anything in the Sta Monicas is definately a win.

Sepulveda blvd between Ventura and the Getty, late night or early morning.
No cliffs, nice and wide, freeway on/off. Short and sweet, outstanding.

Taking some broad out for sushi. Obviously that takes the backseat to e30s and del taco. Let me know if you want to crewse up. Fiesta packs ftw.

There is plenty of water in random spots all over the place.

                  Sepulveda is terrible.

Kanan is also terrible as there is CHP all over it.

My dad has been down though there doing 140+ on a drag bike he had years ago. Was doing the final adjustment on the carb. Flew past a cop at some point. All the cop gave him was a speeding ticket. :)

Pshhh, the Kangamangus Highway in NH is pretty sweet. High Mt passes, great views, sweet curves. Cant get much better.
