S14 trans ???'s

First off, I have a m30 swapped 318i.
-stage 3 clutch 6 puck
-g240 trans
-m10 flywheel

I'm wondering
1. in comparison to the g240, how big is a s14 trans?
2. Is there a big weight/size/reliability difference between a m30 g265 and a s14 trans?
3. Whats the price difference?
4. How cheap can each be had?

Also what's the trans identification for a s14 trans?

An m30 getrag 265 is the exact same box as a s14 getrag 265. Same bolting pattern, same mounting, same removable bell housing. If the case bolts are directly in line it is a close ratio (no overdrive) dogleg box. If the case bolts are offset it is a us spec box with overdrive.
