Not my ad, but what do you think?

I am slightly tempted by this. 91 318i 4 Door needing a new cylinder head.
I really don't need another project, but the idea of a cleanish 318i for MPG and an easy commute makes this interesting.

Yeah. That's a thought. The guy seems like a stickler on price.

FYI, there is a dude selling a 90 325i coupe in Yucapia on CL for $650 but he is a fooking dick. Was pissed I sent him a text accusing me of not reading. http://inlandempire.craigslist.org/cto/4868262160.html The one pic he was so pissed to send shows a decent back end but it suffered a fire and he doesn't want to finish it.

I bought my alpine 318i for $1000 with a cracked cylinder head, fixed it, and have enjoyed a mostly reliable car for more than 4 years. I say go for it if the paint can be saved, which is hard to say from the pictures.

Yeah, he was a twat. LOL. I am just trolling forums and CL to find a possible replacement for my m30 project. I am confident in my make all the body damage go away, but it is just a shit ton of work that includes measuring and welding. Since I am basically getting rid of the engine and transmission anyway, I was considering his car. But...F that.
