    I don't recall you posting any VINs to decode, and your build year/month should be on your driver's side door jamb.

    well it gave me the build date for my 86 so I could tell if the car was built before April of 86. So I was able to order the right part today.

    And I was able to get the answer right away. I agree you can tell me more , but I didnt have the time to wait for a reply.

    So rather than go through 55 posts to see if the link was already posted I figured Id share.
