Analog Clock Installation

My E30 Has The Digital Clock Wiring. I Just Bought The Analog Clock With The 4 Pins Plug. How Do I Convert It? Has Anyone Done This Conversion Before? Please Help.

use a plug from a power mirror. Works just fine.

I have the plug, but how do I convert that with the wiring from the digital connection coming from the car??
