They go on the outside of the window, not the inside.

I've got one of the stickers that you're talking about. They work really well and look nice. They don't have clear anywhere because it sets down as a bunch of individual stickers. Just remember to peel the clear part off after you stick everything on 'cause it's not meant to stay there and it looks stupid. I hope I explained this well :?

Yeah, it's called a thermal die-cut vinyl sticker. I think it's SO hilarious when I see people driving around here with the transfer paper still stuck to them.
