What would you do? an e28, e30 and a Jeep...NOVEL INSIDE

Alright, heres the deal. Right now Im driving an '88 535i, Cirrus Blue on pacific blue, Staggered T-stars, mtech springs/bilsteins, euro exhaust, tcd intake, 3.73 lsd...Its technically my dads car, but I drive it everywhere. Its incredibly clean, and the paint is perfect , jweb has seen it, but the roof is faded. The car has 210k on it and still runs perfectly, but its starting to have little problems and we're having to put all kinds of money into it...Right now its at Harrison Motorsports getting the Rear subframe rebuilt and the fenders worked on (damn 255's!). My dad is wanting to dump more money into it though(euro bumpers/valance, TCD Turbo, etc) , and I dont think its worth it. Its a 210k mile, automatic, 5 series. I just dont see the point, I love the car, but only to a certain extent. A customer at the dealership I work at saw my car parked outside of the detail shop and offered me 4900 for it, but Im not in the position to talk about selling it, because its not MINE. But my dad is considering fixing the subframe, taking off the staggered T-stars, putting the TSWs back on and selling it. (maybe 5 lug swap and staggered t-stars for the e30 in the future, who knows).
Now the e30 needs a timing belt, and some odds and ends and it will be fine. Ive worked the paint on it and it is basically perfect as well...it definately has potential, and it has a moonroof! Im currently paying my dad for this car(it was 2300), so it will be mine. I also have a Jeep grand cherokee that I bought that can be my daily driver during all of this. I want to go crazy with the e30, but im going to have to be paying for a lot more than I have been now, and Ive been considering selling it as well. I dont know what to do, Id like some of your opinions. I would really hate to see the e28 go, because it was my first car, and im kinda attached to it, well, the paint at least, the paints my baby.
    What should I do?

$4900 is a great price for an Auto 535 with 210k. Depending on how far your e30 is from being driveable, I'd keep it. Drive the Jeep untill you get the car on the road, then sell the Jeep to get money to go craxy on the E30.

The e30 needs timing belt, rear plastic bumper brackets lol (jordan i pmed you about those again a couple weeks ago, you must not have got it), and it may have a fuel delivery problem

I would sell the moonroof, replace with a regular sunroof, and try to sell the e30.(If you can get it drivable w/ little money) Drive the Jeep after you lift it and look for a perfect 318is with under 100k. I'd keep the e28 and do a 5 speed swap before doing anything else to it.

edit: doesn't the e30 need a clutch too?

Me and my dad havent really gotten a chance to look into it yet, I think it may be the injectors since its been sitting for 4 months, but who knows. I did the good ol italian tune up on it about a week ago but its still runnin a little funny

I forgot about the clutch, it needs a slave cylinder, but I already have that, just need time to do it

i'd sell the e28, thats a great deal for you. keep the jeep around or trade it for something else to have for a daily driver while your e30 is being work on
