97 m3 sedan for $3500 worth it?

Thanks for all the advice and heads up. I went to check out the car anyways and it is a bust. I found more problem with the car (front bumper damaged, key only work on ignition, car can only be open with remote, front end have been replaced with aftermarket parts, ects...). Back online looking for a good one within my price range.

In to say e36 m3's are awesome. Never driven one but the couple times I've seen a clean one in real life I wanted and still want to own one.
