    1) Put on goggles
    2) Drill a hole in each shock that holds the bumper out
    3) Drive car into wall

^^ he's right…but use a big dead blow hammer instead. And do not breathe that shit or get it in your eyes.

Id like to take this chance to reiterate the point to wear goggles, and do not breathe the gas in.

there is a proper way to do this:
remove the bumper and shocks from the car.
in a location where you can control your oily mess, drill holes in the shocks. i poked a hole in a piece of cardboard, then put the drill through that first so when it sprayed it didnt get on me, my eyes, or my drill.
apply some grease or antiseize to the shock so you can pull it out again in the future.
use a bench vise or big hammer to compress the shocks part way.
reinstall and press in the rest of the way.

its really hard or impossible to remove the bumper with it tucked in all the way, so you have to be able to pull it out again by hand.

yes it should be the same process. also, depending on how deep of a tuck you want, using a big dead blow gives you a chance to see where you want the bumper. hitting it into a wall may push the bumper in further than you like it.

this would be the smartest and best way to do it.

People sell wheels all the time. Keep your eye on the classifieds, or post a WTB thread. Also, keep your eye on your local Craigslist.
