After the first thread went up in flames, with people accusing me of lying or omitting some information i decided to delete it and wait until the issue has been resolved before reposting and including all the details.
The item purchased: http://www.ebay.com/itm/361285511140...2881b48b5&cp=1
Immediately after purchase, I emailed the BMWRecyclers and let them know that i was about to change my paypal address from my old residence (Address A). As proof of this, see: https://i.imgur.com/WHJ9VuN.png
BMWRecyclers acknowledged this and shipped the first package to the correct address (Address B). The package arrived not as described, missing the grill/mounting bracket. This was the entire reason for my purchase as $16 shipped (the winning offer) was cheaper than a brand new grill alone + shipping on ECS.
BMWRecyclers promptly shipped the grill out but sent it to the wrong address. Given that the first package had come wrong, i declined to close out the dispute until I had the grill in hand. At this point, BMWRecyclers became irate. He dug up an old linkenin profile and used information on it to threaten to compromise my employment. Since the information was outdated i cannot know if he actually did follow up on doing so but he claims to have done so.
BMWRecyclers finally approved a return and i sent the gong back, getting a refund. About a week later, the package containing the grill arrived. This was not expected since tracking said it had been returned to sender. After verifying that it was what was originally promised, i returned the $16. The gong is useless to me, he can keep it.
In the days since, i have noticed an extreme uptick in the amount of unsolicited sales calls i have received. In addition, there was a craigslist add posted with my phone number on it, claiming to be selling an iPhone at an absurdly low price. Lacking the proof i declined to make accusations. Yesterday however, someone from Iowa called on behalf of an environmental action group asking for BMWRecyclers (Max) by name, saying that he has committed to be a volunteer for their event.
As requested in the previous thread, here is the full email transcript. I'm posing in ascending order for easier reading.
*edit* Re-ordered the pictures. Start at the bottom and read up.

If you think i could have handled the whole situation better you might be right. If i were to do it over again i certainly would. This has been miserable to deal with. I'm not trying to start a hate-fest or get 'even'. I am posting this ONLY to document the actions of this person, actions that i believe to be unacceptable in any circumstance. The next person that BMWRecyclers threatens might have up to date information on their linkedin and might actually get fired over a $16 bracket.
So in summary, BMWRecyclers has:
