Red E30 owner in Seattle area (Belltown), 89+

Hey just curious if anyone on this forum is the owner of this car or knows the owner?... It's red, 89+, has an IS lip, Maryland plates, looks like Zender Turbo wheels, looks moderately lowered? - They live in the same apt building as me and I am curious to know who they are, maybe chat a little.
