I own 3 other BMWs but this is my first E30, a silver 88 iX coupe. The car was half dismantled when I bought it and didnt' run at all, it didn't even have an exhaust system.
But the body was in awesome condition and had been garage stored for 5 years. Having got the car back together and replaced the fuel pump she fired right up.
Still need to hang the new exhaust system before commissioning this as my winter car (my 540i 6 speed sucks in the snow).
MA RMV just turned down my personalized license plate application for SNOJOB but whatever - it's alive, yipeee !
