    Is wastedincome still around these boards? I paid him for some parts back in march and he kept giving me the "sorry i've been busy" "sorry i can't find a box" "it'll go out tomorrow" until he just stopped replying to my PM's... Even 3 months later he wont get back to me.

    Granted its only 25 bucks, its the point of the matter. I dont like that I paid for something I never recieved, and I want my money back. So if your around, we need to talk. Has anyone had trouble with this kind of thing before? Can i contact paypal and get my money refunded?

      Actually, it's incredibly ironic that you had posted this now...

      I just called him this morning.. the first time since mid march when i bought sport seats from him. I need a rear bearing tool and he said he'd ship it right out to me. Told me he's very busy and he thanx me for my patience (he was supposed to send it out a while ago, but i didnt' need it then)

      You can do paypal, but he won't even be by his computer, almost guaranteed.
      Did you get those kick panels? Yeah, if he doesn't come thru on some of these, i just hope he doesn't lose his reputation and respect on this forum, but in his defense I think that he sincerely has been very busy. Unfortunately, when you sell an item, you need to be prepared to send it out. he's lacking in this category because he neglected to send out the remaining pieces to the seats that I bought...

          I just met Mark last week to sell him some items.

          He hasnt been behind a computer in a long time. Its his busy season at work.

            The whole "busy" excuse is bullshit. If you sell and item, it is your responsibility as a seller to send it out in a timely manner. Period.

                Thanks for the help guys, I understand being busy, but as stated: if you sell something, you have to be prepared to ship it.
