Advertisement/Name Plates? Weird Request

Alright this is a pretty strange request. I've always wanted one of those plates you see in advertisements for cars/Gran Turismo. I'm not sure what my best route for making one vs ordering one is. I feel like it would make a pretty cool decoration/front plate filler/rear window decor. I honestly don't know why I even want one. Any ideas?

Hmm, I wonder if they'll do something custom printed onto it/have custom fonts. I feel like my idea would be too specific. I could always just get a solid blank black one and make it myself.

I have a e38 one, and an m/// one that were used on dearer cars in Germany.
