M3 tire size help

I just purchased a set of 17x8 et35 wheels for my M3. I'm assuming I need a 15 spacers, but what size tires should I run? 215-225 fronts and 225 rears?

I don't believe anyone makes a 225/40/17 tire anymore, but that is what you would want.

I would run a wide 215/40 on all corners and be happy, or 235/40 all around, and live with the front rubbing. I personally think staggered tires on non staggered wheels looks dumb.
